So you are new to latale and don't want to spend real life $$$ on the game...how do people get so rich?
The nice and short answer is- through a lot of work.
I'm going to list the ely making ways and mention what level you should be to do them.
Levels 1~forever= Mining for minerals, collecting crafting supplies, collecting codex items.
To mine for minerals you need the mining level 1 skill...I'm not sure which level you get the skill at but I think its level 10 (its a quest). The rest of the stuff you can do at level 1 though because (for example) making the lowest bobbin takes piriring tails. All you need to know for the 'collecting crafting supplies' bit is to have a crafter of that type and to collect materials needed to make regular crafting items (not the special ones because farming soul urns is kinda hard). As for collecting codex items- go to your menu and click item codex and farm the monster drops and sell those for market price.
Level not required but a lot of ely + patience is= play the market. Buy items below their market price and sell them for above the market price. You might have to wait months for the items you collected to raise in price and sometimes free events will dramatically lower the price (1.2m supers for 500k now lolol). If you've ever been a merchant in another mmo before this is probably the easiest way for you to get rich (if not use any of the other options, because you can lose a LOT of ely this way).
Level 90~125= Farm hyunmu for drops (he is a level 40 boss in arcadia off of Young Gyoung). The blue hyunmu armor he drops doesn't sell for a lot but he can sometimes drop hyunmu shields and daggers which are worth a lot of ely (I'm rusty on my prices but the shields used to be 1m each and daggers 300k-800k depending on dura and enchants). If he doesn't drop the shield or dagger just pick up as many of the WEAPONS (weapons and elemental stones sell for the most) as you can then npc them for quick ely. You can also do this with the other bosses too, Capt. Johnny (level 90? boss) and Hell (140 I think) both have good selling equipment drops (Johnny= Kraken stockings, and hell= hell stockings + earrings).
They fixed underworld canal don't farm there anymore you will barely get anything (or so I've heard).
Level 150~170= Intermediate Coliseum. You want to run here with some idr and sell the wolf tears you get for ely. You can do the same once you get to expert. You can also farm and sell the books from the higher levels of monster tower too.
So this entire time you've been wondering 'what do the pros do to farm ely?' well here is your answer:
170~endgame= reputation farming. Without any ely buffing stuff on you can get 1,200 ely from one kill at star dwarf warehouse. Obviously you are farming for reputation there to enchant your gems and become stronger but the ely you can get there is no joke. A lot of pros pop an ely hw and farm there for 10 hours (some ruin walker said he got 110m for 10 hours of farming at stardwarf) obviously you will have slightly less if you don't have a lot of ely+ stuff but 60m in 10 hours is plenty. Oh and did I mention that reputation? :P
When you can solo hardcore that's another possible way to farm ely. Just pop an idr and farm all your runs there every day and you will get 30m or so (depends on how much idr you are running). The drops sell for a lot of ely when you npc them so that's what a lot of endgamers do to get ely.
You could also farm cards and sell the stuff you get...farming cards the sane way means you are on some sort of idr and selling equips does = some quick ely.
If you guys have any other places to farm ely and stuff that is easy and free (no real life money included) just comment below and I'll add your ways into this guide.
Thanks so much! I recently got my HO to 155 (the highest I've ever gotten one of my characters) and and this will help me enormously very soon :3 Thanks also for taking in my suggestion and I look forwards to another of your posts!
ReplyDeleteYou forgot about hardcore coli. You can make a ton of money depending on how fast you can clear it. I make about 30m per hour/2.5m per run.
ReplyDelete:o good point. I figured this guide would be more for the people that can't run coli but I'll put that in here too.
