Etrian odyssey IV's first wall

I own the original Etrian odyssey game, Etrian odyssey 3, and Etrian odyssey 4. I have yet to beat any of them. I have come close in the first game but the data got corrupted when I cheated on it- and I had to restart (WHICH IS WHY YOU SHOULDN'T CHEAT IN GAMES).

I really want to beat one of them. My etrian odyssey 3 team is a very safe team and got me far in the game, but I got bored playing them. Then I got etrian odyssey 4 for Christmas last year...and I decided this was going to be the first etrian odyssey game I was going to beat.

I went into the first boss battle (the last one of lush woodlands) after spoiling it for myself online. I was both over leveled and everyone had the best gear they could possibly get. The boss fight was really really easy. So I told myself I wouldn't spoil the 2nd major boss (of the Misty Ravine), and I didn't I went into the boss battle blind.

My party was:
*front line* Calypso (Nightstalker)- Aurelia (Dancer)- Mania (Nightstalker)
*back line* Liz (Fortress) - Kaneris (Rune Master)- GuestNPC (first unlockable class)

...yes that's right I had no white mage/medic in my party. And to put that party in latale terms:
RM- Popstar (minus good healing skills)-RM
Holy Order- Archmage- Archmage

spoilers on the 2nd major boss battle below

That was possibly the funnest boss battle in my life.

Nobody was over leveled, and nobody had the best gear. Everyone was level 27 (the guest npc was level 28) so I was a bit under leveled for the boss. I bought 20 revives, and lots of hp potions.

Getting the Hollow Queen's hp down to half was easy, the guest npc managed to bind her head and my nightstalkers both paralyzed her and bound her legs (nightstalkers get increased damage, per bind and status effect), Calypso had the skill that scaled per status effect and was doing 300 damage per turn...until round 4.
When the boss became unbound.
And she used her multi-hit attack and killed everyone except the fortress, dancer, and guest npc.
I revived everyone, and rebuffed the next turn...and she killed everyone again.
So I repeated everything (and managed to get some attacks in her hp was down to the red zone 1/3 left).

And then she proceeded to multihit my party twice.
I ran out of revives.
And I had been out of hp potions for a while.
Nobody but my fortress had any tp (tp=sp) left, minus the guest npc she had only 25tp (only enough for two more skills).
Everyone's hp was low.
It was looking like I had just lost the game.
I attacked while rebuffing on the fortress and dancer, and managed to get her hp down to 1/4 left.
Then she attacked and took out Calypso.
I full out attacked the next turn, and she attacked my fortress almost killing her.
The final round I full out attacked again and she went down!

It was the most satisfying boss battle I have had for a while.
