So latale got a years worth of content in one patch and yes I do still play latale. I checked out my archmage/phantom mage's damage before running off to make a card master and I have to say it seemed to decrease.
This is a wall of text below the cut.
I don't mind the no-stats on function sets because all the sets I had were darted for and not bought with darts I saved up/bought. I did not have hero or soulless though so I understand many people are still upset over that.
The new crafting system is awesome and terrible at the same time. Awesome as in you can stack 999 of the crafting items in one slot and terrible because it uses more material per craft then the old stuff did. Then again you can buy crafting levels with ely vs having to spend a ton of ely to gain a level...which is nice. I like how you can craft the (s) armor and weapons.
I did make a card master (and I plan on making another one). I'm taking it slow and exploring the places you can level at, and I know that my leveling guide is outdated...it'll stay outdated for a while longer. I went the ark master route and so far it has been a lot of fun. She is currently level 106 but I don't think I'll be playing her for a while since I do want to get back to my main (I say that now- watch her become my next main lmao).
Ballongs are gone. Which makes me sad. I actually had the mats for some ballongs I was going to enchant and upgrade but yeah...now that they are un-upgradable it's not worth it.
So since I haven't really wanted to play much latale (due to etrian odyssey IV <3) and I will come back to it when I hit the next wall in etrian odyssey IV and can't get by it (the first wall was the boss of dungeon #2 in scarlet pillars- holy cow that was a fun boss fight- I'll do another post on it).
Take care latale readers. ^-^
FYI - I thought my damage had decreased a tad too when I first played when infinity hit, but as soon as you start mastering those skills and getting some of those new equips, your damage shoots up like crazy.

ReplyDeleteOh, and just make a ton of that crit rate food to compensate for the loss of crit rate from fashion.
